About Us
My name is Mike Moran, owner of Rocky Pass Beef Sales and Rocky Pass Produce. We provide top quality Angus that is raised right here on our farm. I have raised cattle for 25+ years. I thoroughly enjoy working with cows as it’s almost like therapy spending time on the farm- except when the cows are on the wrong side of the fence!
We sell our beef by the pound, by the half beef, or by the whole beef. The most economical way is to purchase a whole beef to be used for yourself or split with friends or family.
Our cattle is grass fed year-round with a good quality grain feed during the winter months and our own local hay to give them nutritional value and fat content through the winter when the grass does not provide the protein it that it does during the summer months.
A couple of years ago, we started with a small produce field and are still in the beginning stages of raising quality no-spray vegetables with all natural fertilizers.
Available right now from the produce field our tomatoes, green bell peppers, and yellow squash.

Practices
I raise my cows as close to all natural as possible. With that being said, some vaccines are critically important; pink eye vaccine and worming medicine twice a year are necessary to keep the cows healthy and comfortable.
